The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Kanango SIA,  referred to as “capturethisone”, ”us ” or ”we”, at the capturethisone website or mobile website (referred to as ”capturethisone.eu”).

By using capturethisone.eu and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.

Products and Pricing 

We make every effort to display accurate product information, including prices, images, and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is 100% accurate or up to date. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and prices may change without prior notice.

Orders and Payments 

When you place an order, you agree to pay for the items in full, including taxes and shipping costs. Payment is processed through our secure payment gateway. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for any reason.

Shipping & Delivery 

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be specific to your address.

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-7 business days. Once dispatched your order should arrive within the approximate timescales:

Latvia: 2-3 Business Days

Estonia and Lithuania: 3-5 Business Days

Other EU Locations: 10-15 Business Days  

Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, capturethisone will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the use or inability to use the website, products, or services provided.

Governing Law 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and are interpreted in accordance with them. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiations, but if they do not yield results, then in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
